Tonight I went to a Ladies Night thing at church. They had invited The Spa Girl's to come and do their comedy act . At first I thought we were going to be pampered and get our nails done etc. No,that wasn't the case but it was really cool. You should check them out!

Should I???

Been thinking a lot about cutting my hair. Should I cut it off or keep it long. This was my hair cut about 2 years ago. I loved it but it makes my chin uglier than it already is. I guess with my long hair I was trying to hide that feature :) I want to lose 40 pounds so should that be my reward if I do loose the weight? Help people! Give me your insight on my hair!

Saying Good-bye

Saying good-bye is the hardest thing I have to do being a Military wife. I always meet the most wonderful people that mean so much to me, then we get orders and leave. I try my hardest to stay in touch and stay close but it is so hard. I know I will be busy at first but I am going to stay in touch with my friends. I have a few very special ones too,and you know who you are! I will come visit and you come visit me. I couldn't imagine my life without seeing you guys! I had to say good-bye to my "old lady" today too. What an emotional day this has been. I really didn't want to even get out of bed today because I knew what I had to do today. JR made me get up and I am still mad he made me because that meant I had to say good-bye. Now with tear running down my face I will always be there no matter what and I know you will too. Don't forget to call me :) I know this blog doesn't make a lot of sense but it is hard to come up with words that tell someone how hard it is to say good-bye!

IT'S DONE!

So the big moving truck came and left today! The house is almost ready for the keys to be tuned in and then we are for real DONE! Then it is off to Alabama to close on the house and move into the new house. The packers just couldn't get over how much stuff JR has. There were more boxes upstairs in the "man room" than there was in the rest of the house! JR that should tell you something LOL too much stuff!!! Now where is everything going to go in the new house??

Once I get pictures of the our "first house to buy", I will post them. We are still trying to figure out when the current owners will move out so we can move in! What a pain!! They want to close on the house but stay in it until the 8th instead f getting out before the closing n the 6th! So people are you going to pay me rent and be responsible if something happens when the house is in our name and not yours?? Buying a house is such a scary thing and be ready to fork out tons of money!!

Packers

and no not the football team! The packers are here packing up all of our stuff today. They walked up stairs and couldnt get over all the Monopoly's JR has! He has around 70 of them. They will need a truck for just those! It is amazing how stuff you collect over the years. I am the type that throws away everything too but we always seem to have way more than what we really should have. We have gone from really small houses to bigger and bigger homes. Our new house is bigger than the one we are in now. Of course the lay out is very diffrent. I am going to miss this house. This house is the only home that we stayed longer than a year while stationed here at Dyess.

The stress is getting to me. I will be so glad to be done with all this moving stuff. My panic attacks are getting better though. I only have about 3 a day so thats good. My headaches are not getting better but I am sure they will. It doesn't help we are eating crap and not working out. I drank way too much over the weekend too. We hd a blast though. Even though I had to clean up a lot of nasty vomit from a friend, we still had a good time.

Can't sleep!

Well, I guess I shouldn't have taken a nap today from 2pm until 4:30pm. Now I am wide awake and I am sick of preping the house for the packers. I hate not feeling like I have a home. Living out of your luggage is no fun either. I cant wait for us to be in our new home and settled. I am so excited to be moving to Montgomery! I hate leaving my good frineds behind but we will be back and everyone remember the road goes both ways so feel free to visit anytime. We will have a pool so if you ever visit in the summer the kids will have something to do! If I figure out how to add pictures and do more things on this blog I will send updates on the kids and how the house is coming along. I will be doing some remodling. I say "I" but mostly JR when he has time and my sister when she can come over to help me. I am not much on doing anything that will make the house dirty or break a nail :)

Ok so it is 1:30am and JR is still awake too. He is working upstairs and I should be working down here but I would rather write about "nothing" and eat these yummy Girl Scout cookies! I know,I shouldnt be eating them but dang it they are good and I will get on my diet plan once I am in Montgomery and not eating out everynight for dinner~by the way that steak was soooo good tonight at Logan's,Jennifer. I won't be able to eat steak without thinking of you :( We wont have a good steak place in Alabama,at least that I have found.

HOLY COW!

So we pulled into Abilene today around 2pm. So many emotions came over me once we got home. First our trash can had dumped over and all our trash was everywhere from when we cleaned the garage out. Then we walk in and I see all the work we have a head of us. We have one and half days to get everything ready before the packers come. I am now thinking it is easier to pack the crap up yourself and move it rather than preping the freaking house for them to come in and do it. By the way Barb I think you have a better idea! What was I thinking??? All I would have needed was boxes and a truck. I could have this house packed and loaded in no time. Then I wouldnt have to give away all my liquids and have to pack and take all my candles with me in the car. I could use my own vaccum and then load it in the truck rather than having to beg to use someone elses. WHAT A PAIN!

Enough venting. I have to get back to taking things off the walls and washing all our clothes from the trip to pack up again:(
