If you ever want to torture yourself with stress,a nervous breakdown and head aches from the devil then buy a house! I always thought buying a house was easy as 1-2-3 but NO! Be prepared to fork out lots of money that you didn't know you would need and then be prepared to hear "I don't think we can close that early". Why cant we just get money from the bank write the owners a check and be done??
So the update on the house is as of now we may close on Thursday at 10am if the other people can get their stuff together. You would think that if you HAD to sell your house you would be on everyone's butt every chance you had to make sure nothing would go wrong. I guess not everyone can be like me! LOL
I will keep you updated and once e actually get the keys I will take pictures :)

Do you remember how stressed I was when I was buying my house?? It's crazy! There is nothing fun about it except maybe looking at the houses to decide which one you want! Buying a house is AWFUL!!

Buying a home is a HUGE mess. Jennifer went to close on our house. We had all our paperwork in order, powers of atorneys and everything. I still spent about 4 hours on the phone with the mortgage company and the title company trying to get them to do thier part. What a frikin' headache!
