So this is what we moved into. The first day we get our keys we find this at our new house. How rude can you be not to clean and get all the trash from the street before you move out! The inside wasn't as bad but we did paint and scrub for 5 days! We took a total of 4 loads of trash from the previous owners. My mom even took a load of perfectly good things they had on the street to the Goodwill. It was just sinful all the things they threw away. We even found their tax and bankruptcy papers too, in the trash. They may have wanted to throw those away but I gave them back :)
I know everyone has their story about how nasty their home was when they moved in. I just feel if you just forked out several thousand dollars for a home and these days it is a blessing to actually sell your home,then be kind and clean your house and take your trash with you!!!!!
A word to the wise...never sign papers on a house when they are still living in it! Make sure you do the walk through right before you go to the lawyers office to close on the house!! LESSONS LEARNED!

Ehh... I guess us (ex)military have a high standard for moving. I mean, how hard is it to touch up the paint, clean the cabinets and floors, and so on?
Whatever, it looks like a nice house! That's a big back yard (perfect for stupid dogs).
Those stupid dogs do not like our back yard and they like to get out by digging under our fence :(
If they ever get out, I'll send you our two dogs...
they do leave, but they come back. JR gets mad when they come home :) We have three dogs right now! We are watching our good friends Yorkie for 6 months,and I just cant say your dog ran away!
I could come visit and within 10 minutes of me being there I promise I will have your dog problem solved!! But you have to pay for my roundtrip gas/airfare.

if you lived with these three dogs,running around the house non-stop,barking at everything that moves,and peeing everywhere you would be plotting too :) Why did I ever have to go to Wal-mart that day and pick up another dog! WHY LORD... WHY?? I do love her though and I cant imagine our life without all the crazy dogs, making life interesting.What else would JR have, to yell at??
